I'm not sure that's necessarily a broken leg. Having watched that video a few times he was basically shoved out of the way by the wheel. He might be lucky and come off with a few bruises, perhaps a minor fracture?

Play it through frame by frame, i'll be amazed if it's not broken, it bends sideways about halfway up his shin.
