I would imagine that the performance of the 2019 RS car’s chassis leaves something to be desired after the 2018 RBR car and Riccardo is still adjusting. Hulkenberg has been driving the RS for 4-5 years now?

Maybe, but the cars change every year, and being new to RBR didn't stop Riccardo spanking Vettel, did it?
