Ballistix 2GB DDR2 -5300 Timings

Bought 2GBs Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400C4 BL2KIT12864AA804, (got mine for £135 + Del), using it in a Asus P5WDG2 WS Pro & E6600, started of at timings of 4-4-4-12, then saw somebody using 3-3-3-8, so tried that, and it works well with the O/C I have (memtest86+ tested):

Well I'm putting 2.25v through my ballistix 5300 right now...it gets warm to the touch but not very hot...the huge top fan in my Antec 900 seems to do a pretty good job of cooling the ram.

Should I be nervous about putting this much through the memory? This is my first time working with DDR2.

So far I'm VERY pleased with it... running it at 1138mhz!!
