:)

And you can see 18 more one at a time with descriptions or all at once, without.

Hope that's useful...

Yes, very helpful....and a good bit of work! ;)

:)

I wanted one for SWMBO for use as a TV (see the 'bath' thread!)

I'd recently (a few days prior) upgraded my aging Iiyamas to a couple of Dell 2007FPs. Minor problems with those meant I swapped them for 2 more 24" OCuk specials.

Simple really.

(And kudos to OCuk for handling the Dell problem for me so well :) )

Holes on the back of the panel.
Ali-Longden, have you already mounted yours on a wall, if so can you post a pic?

Yeah its on the wall and it sits quite well! Im not to happy about having to use self tappers in the rear but in reality its more than enough.

Just one note . The bottom right hole as you look at the monitor has a circuit board not too far behind....... So dont use mahooosive screws.

All in all it sits nice and square on the wall and has a kind of plasma tv look to it. I will post a pic if i can find my camera.

Theres a little plastic thing you're supposed to put in first, between stand and monitor that I saw when reading the instructions (after I'd already locked it in of course :P).

Seems OK without it though.

The base can go in only one way, if I put it in the other way it wont let me (hole sizes are different).

A bit frustrating.. how much pressure do I need to apply?

Anybody?

Is your monitor's base loose or something? You might not necessarily need to hear a click. As long as the monitor is reasonably stable, the click is irrelevant.

Hmm I think that plastic clip is for cables so shouldnt interfere.

Ill have another go in a sec.

Does anyone notice a little dithering vertically if you stand about the monitor?

Hmm no matter what I do, I cant get the base to click into the neck of the monitor. Pushing down pretty firmly, dont want to exert too much pressure mind.

Anyone have any ideas?
Does it go click?

Are all the panels the same in these Screen? (i.e. no Samsung/AUO lottery mumbojumbo) ?
Gibbo said something (search?) to the effect that this bath had all the same panels. He also said (IIRC - search) that if the next batch had different panels that OCuk would clearly differentiate the products.

Holes on the back of the panel.

From the pictures that lbt has posted, we first remove the base, then attach the monitor to a mount, using the 6 holes shown in lbt's photograph.
No, the 6 screws are just used for the base. They're much too small for the VESA mount.

This shot
shows the 4 vesa holes in the middle of the back.

I used the screws (well philips headed bolts really since they don't have a taper) that came with my VESA mount.

lbt, thanks for the video.

It certainly does not go click like in your video.
No matter how much pressure I apply it seems to be really hard.

I dont get it really...

I can see the long lined holes are nearly lined up with the tabs on the base itself, but its not quite there, its as if its bottoming out.

Dont get it...really dont :(

What should I do?

The base is lose yes, I cant hear a click and the base comes off easily since it hasnt connected with the neck (i.e the tabs lined up with the vertical lined holes).

Ok, looks like this monitor is great for photos as well then if it's nigh on the same as the 2407WFP Dell screen (whilst half the cost).

Once it's on this week only it's Mine and the 2007WFP A04 goes on sale :D

...Unless something better comes along before then!
