Edinburgh is such a fantastic city. So much to see and do.

Off again next month, I seem to have ended up quite frequently visitng, for no real reason other than we really like it

I'd highly recommend the Guildford Arms.

Agreed it is a lovely pub with such a fantastic selection of ales and malts. Their restaurant is quite good for a pub lunch as well.

Edinburgh is such a fantastic city. So much to see and do.

Edinburgh is a 15 minute train ride from our house and like you say there's so much to do. If you and your good lady haven't already tried it I can recommend the German winter market (it's in December) and is well worth a visit - wrap up warm though

The hive.... Best nightclub ever... /sarcasm

yeah start by getting smashed in the chanter, have a walk on by the pubic triangle, grab a kebab then go to the hive for some underage women and some good old vomiting/disease. Ace night.
