Basic Guide For Overclocking Q6600 on Asus P5K-E (and similar) Motherboards

Hi. I want to over clock my q6600 on my asus p5k premium motherboard black Pearl edition but not sure how and what settings to go for? And whether to update my bios from its stock bios to the latest version 1101? I know the motherboard has an auto overclocking feature called AI suite N.O.S which I enabled but the pc just kept freezing at the windows 10 logo screen. Would let me in sometimes tho.!
