*Batman: Arkham Asylum*

Oh dear, I got facepalmed! Oh well. I just didn't understand what was going on at the time, I was just walking through a corridor and all of that happened.

Getting bored of this game now though, wasn't as good as people made it out to be IMO.

What!?!

It's every bit as good as people it out to be, and more.

Honestly though, I thought my 360 was about to die at that part too, then I had a big grin on my face thinking how clever and different it was.

I have 2 objectives, but only one isn't showing up on my map. The one that isn't showing up is crocs lair.

Are you actually paying any attention to the game? It tells you to go speak to Cash in the mansion because he knows where Croc's lair is.

Not playing as joker anymore, I think the cutscene kicks in when he 'catches' you. I'm thinking it's some kind of bug at the moment because their seems to be a big gap in the story... I don't know what them pink artifacts were though before the cutscene... Hoping my 360 isn't messing up.

Oh good grief.

Honestly it sounds like you really aren't paying much attention to the game.

LOL at the last page and a half of this thread :D

On the subject of the Scarecrow section before the battle with Croc can you actually dodge Jokers bullet like the retry screen suggests? I obviously didn't try it on my first go and completely forgot what button to press on my second go :p

Only if you buy the Ultra Limited Exclusive edition and get the control pad with 3 thumbsticks that come with it I'm afraid. I've heard it unlocks co-op with Robin as the second character as well :(

Am getting so close to the 100% mark now. I was really struggling with the combat challenges until something just clicked and I am now doing much much better at getting higher combos and variation bonus.

Then I have one more play through on hard and for the first time ever I will have gotten a complete 1000 GS! :)

That was the same as me, I was OK at the combat but all of a sudden I was able to consistently string together some crazy long combos, very satisfying :)

As much as I love this game and I really do, am I the only one thats disappointed by the lack of vehicles:(?

Nope I'm delighted.

1. They'd have to take the action of Arkham really as it isn't big enough for vehicles.

2. I'm fed up with seeing a generic 'driving' level in the mid of games. I think the game and storyline isn't suited to vehicles. Now if the sequel to be in Gotham then maybe...

Bought this game Saturday afternoon, completed Sunday evening. Was totally un-put-down-able.

Going back to get all the achievements and play the other game modes now, really looking forward to some decent DLC and hopefully a sequel.

Absolutely loved the game - finally got the full 1000GS on it last night (something I thought would elude me) and loved every minute of it. My top game since Dead Space.
