Batman Arkham Knight - Official Thread!

I have to admit, i'm struggling to think of a single player game that has been made better by making enemies endlessly respawn. Wolftenstein also springs to mind.

I cant remember what was the order of the Batman games? I would love to go through them again.
Asylum, City, Knight. I forget where Origins came in, but it's a prequel and not by rocksteady.

I installed them all recently in prep for another playthrough. Just waiting for a long enough hdmi 2.1 cable to play on the TV.

Arkham Asylum
Arkham City
Arkham Knight

Knight has by far the most content overall & still to this day looks stunning especially 4K maxxed out ;)

(Origins was inbetween City & Knight but its not a proper Batman title as not Rocksteady :p and just a low budget rehash which steals the gameplay with different camera angles to make it seem more than it is!!).

Pretty unfair. The game was really good imo, and did a lot with the story that I was not expecting. If anything it had a really shaky intro which did nothing for user adoption. I almost quit myself at how bad it was shaping up, but then once you get a bit further in it really feels like a true batman game. You can't really fault copy-pasta batman combat when it's as much fun as it is.

Orgins was extremely under rated.... The boss fights were great (perhaps the best of the series) and the indoor environments were really nice. Story was really good too, sure it wasn't as good as the others but still a great game.

Fired this up after previously getting a slideshow when released. Were all the bugs/dodgy performance issues fixed? Runs nice on my rig but it still struggles in the odd cut scene/play (FPS tanks).

It's amazing how well the game has aged.
