*** Battlefield 1 ***

Erm well that was a bit different.. The dog fighting looked epic, bit of a sucker for WW1 or WWII so I might be up for this one... Wonder what the campaign will be like, as if anything like previous BF games - not much good.

Yeah that was crazy. Does look amazing! Can't wait to play. Horses, tanks, biplanes and zeppelins? I'm in!

Agreed it was a bit mental. But I got sucked into Battliefront and purchased it for Ps4 and then realised it really wasn't for me.

I just never seem to really get into DICE FPS games. I think its mostly due to the lack of single player content that DICE games offer.. So i'll wait to see what single player is like before I jump in fully.

It's going to look ***** on PS4/Xbone though.

Well to be fair, Battlefront on Ps4 looked fairly decent - sure DICE go for lower resolution whilst targeting 60fps but can't deny - Starwars Battlefront sure looked great. Shame that game had zero depth..

Reason i'll be holding off until launch to see if the game will hold my interest... i'm sure it'll look ok, its the gameplay I worry more about with DICE games.

Well, that looks bloody amazing.

Too be honest Battlefront looked epic in the trailers too and that turned out to be rubbish. As long as they keep it battlefield I am sure it will be good. Although the weapon selection is going to be kind of small. Although I have a sneaky suspicion it is going to be an alternate reality, kind of like the style of Bioshock.

I love the fact it's going in a whole new direction. I'm interested to see how they implement the close quarters stuff, roll on some gameplay footage!

I think it appalling that not only are a games company going to make money off the back of the unmitigated human catastrophe that was the first World War, but that people will even enjoy playing it.

I recommend anyone who wants to play this listens to Dan Carlin's historical podcast series "Blueprint for Armageddon", a brief and engaging history of the war - if they can enjoy the game after that then they are messed up.

 really !!!

I understand what happened in the Great War and it was far from pretty. But if you don't like that, don't buy it.
