*** Battlefield 1 ***

I'm enjoying it a lot. The other maps are pretty good, the light tank is a little more balanced (perhaps little too much!) and it looks amazing while running smooth. TTK feels about right, snipers are still annoying but seems like everyone's figured them out now so less of an issue.

A few small bugs but nothing major except not being able to play operations mode.

I've played the trial for nearly 10 hours now and not 1 battle pack has dropped for me.
Seen the same players getting drops 2 rounds in a row! Anyone else had this?

I've done 5 hours and had 3 battlepacks so far, one had a legendary pistol in. No idea what I did to earn the battlepacks though
 
I thought they were just random drops giving after a match? I've come at the top of the board and the everywhere else in between and had nothing? Maybe i'm just too crap :)
 
Couple of noobie questions if I may (not played much of any bf game before)
When you play as support and use up your mortars, is there a way to restock them before you die?
Same goes for ammo packs, do you have a limited amount to give out?, and how do you get the ammo crate.

Mortar ammo is just on cool down, not sure exactly but give a few minutes and it's usable again.

Same for ammo packs, just like 30 seconds. You can buy the ammo crate with warbonds in the customize loadout screen.

As said before I noticed people take time less time to drop in bf1 normal mode, not like BF3/4 where you could empty a whole clip and the other chap would turn around and 1 shot you, maybe the hit boxes are perhaps better.

Thats fair anough the only other thing i hate is the kill cam, someone please tell me this can be turned off :confused:

There's plenty I don't like about this game, but it is fun. At 8 hours playing time I've already got more out of it than BF4 :o
