*** Battlefield 1 ***

I'm used to that now, when I last played BF4 about 2 months ago, I saw fairfight ban messages about every 30 seconds. I just accept that nowadays if its online, people will cheat

I was on a 3200 ticket lockers game last night and can't recall seeing more than 2-3 to be honest. I do agree they need to improve their detection methods as some slip through the net.

The only one big problem with Battlefielx 1 are cheaters .
There are a lot of them now , last night on a server I was playing there was +/- 12 banns for cheating during 35 minutes match.
Acording to this there must be 5 to 10 cheaters in this thread :)

There was roughly a peak of 64,000 people playing this on pc yesterday and that's just the early edition so there is going to be a few who will cheat. They only do it for so long until it gets too expensive then it dies off.

That said I've been paying attention to this and not had 1 in game yet, not 1 who was noticeable score wise anyway.

It isn't expensive for them and has never deterred cheaters before. It gets more cheaper for them when EA have game sales.

What causes the blimps and trains to be deployed? Hope hardcore can have these turned off maybe?

Taken from the Wiki.

Behemoths may appear during Conquest or Operations matches. A Behemoth will spawn in Conquest if one team falls far enough behind, the point difference varying with time. (The Behemoth may not spawn at all if the match stays close.) On Operations, the attacking team receives a Behemoth each time a battalion is lost. If deployed, the Behemoth will remain in action until destroyed, the end of a Conquest match, or the end of an Operations map.

Not saying it will deter cheaters but the numbers will drop off after the initial release of the game. Not many will keep buying a copy if they get banned but yes you will get a fresh batch when its dirt cheap.

That message that comes across isn't just for the server you're playing in. It's showing the ban taking place from all the PC servers. That person getting banned could have been playing anywhere.

Hopefully there will be good news about kick/ban commands with rented servers on 1st Nov.

just thought i would post up, I have the PC in sig paired with the Philips gsync 1080p monitor. BF1 CPU usage is peaking at 95-98% , fps is fine so its not noticeable, but looks like could be time for a new mobo/cpu when kaby/zen comes out

I really hate this medal system. It just encourages poor play, I just had to suffer through a few games of domination and it's awful with randoms. Managed do it though.

Having a time limit on the medals certainly encourages selfish play rather than team/objective play. It was the same with the stupid phantom program in BF4.
