Dont know about those specifically, but I would definitely want to see a good level of customisability and solid admin tools for hoofing troublemakers off the server
 
I had £70 spare in my bank account so thought what the hell and hit the buy option on the early enlisters deluxe edition lol cost £65 which is the most ive ever spent on a game but seeing as the cash was spare and I cant wait to play it I thought what the hell :)

its downloading now,man I wish origin downloads were faster,says its going to take 2hr and 50mins,im sure steam downloads much faster,oh well I just hope the servers are running ok and theres not to many glitches,how have others been finding it?

I hear ya but still £20 a month whilst it is only£13.50 for Console users. Just feels a bit of a typical PC rip off. My old clan has always rented servers for around £14 a month as well, so again it just feels like greed.

Well yeah, but then thats the life of a PC gamer, its why we have to spend several hundred quid on graphics cards :D
 
Anyone else playing on ... dare I say it, a joypad ? I play in a cinema room sitting on a lazyboy chair so mouse and keyboard is no good. Seems a little easier than most pc fps games.

The only way they can do that is by giving them the same hardware which would mean you are overpaying for a 10 man TDM server and you'll not have enough server performance for a 64 player conquest.

Speaking of which I don't think I've been on a 64 player conquest server that hasn't exhibited packet loss and lag at some point in the round yet. :p

Just brought from CdKeys for £35.00, 1st Battlefield game I will have played since BF3. Hope the hardcore mode comes out soon.
 
Main problem with the servers is that we cant get them ready for the 'normal' release date!

How they get away with 'coming this November' is beyond me! Clans want to get setup ready for release not at a date to be advised.:confused:

Nope, no point as I think the game looks complete and utter **** in its current state, until some stuff gets addressed, I'll avoid, not doing a repeat of hardline and battlefront i.e. buying in the hope that things will change within a few weeks, only for them to take 6+ months to sort the issues out.

Youtubers might as well call their videos sniperfield 1 as that seems to be their main class, if I want a good sniper game, I would go and fire up sniper elite or even bf 3 or bc 2 instead.

EDIT:

It is also amusing seeing the likes of anderzel, xfactor hip firing more often than ADS'ing when playing as something other than sniper or/and using the pistol :D

If I did that, I would have wasted a **** load of money on games then :p

Those videos say it all though.... when in all the previous BF games, they played all classes (less so recon/sniper, more so in BF 4) and it depended on the situation and the map, mostly medic or engineer was the go to so having them now playing as sniper more of the time shows that snipers are the best, after all:

- one shot, one kill now, average range for this is about 40-90m iirc
- mostly big open maps although even up close, snipers are powerful still and if you have good aim and quick reactions, chances are you will be able to outgun other classes
- not affected by retarded spread
- very little bullet velocity so you don't have to target lead or take bullet drop as seriously as previous BF games
