That's kind of how flak is supposed to work though, the whole point being that it's hard to make a direct hit on a tiny plane at altitude. So I can see why they've done it. Perhaps just slowing the rotation/elevation speed of the barrel would have been enough.

But whatever. It's done now, I should see how it plays first I guess :)
 
since the update my graphics have gone wonky ie flashing in text just downloading the new nivida driver see if this fixes it anyone else had this issue
 
Have they done something to the graphics I'm sure everything looks sharper like I've up the scaling (still 100%). Wonder why they've killed of DX12, I'm getting less frames in DX11.

Same here. It's SLI and the game update for me causing it. New drivers as well, same on old ones. Disabling SLI and the flicker goes away.

Happens on my friends Crossfire setup as well.
 
Planes are now way better with joystick controls and they have tweaked the bullets so they go where they should, you can have proper dogfights. although the rear gunners are still way too OP.

I didn't notice any performance difference in dx11 but I did spend most of my time flying so that gives good FPS anyway.

yeah running sli as well thanks glad its just not me rather annoying as it didnt happen before
 
I don't get why they added 2 more flags to Suez in a straight line to the others...surely it would have made more sense to put them out wide? It still plays exactly the same.
 
Game doesn't work for me anymore, i never had a single crash before and now when i'm trying to load up the game i get BF1.exe has stopped working, great stuff.
 
I can't do that, it just says queued although there is nothing showing in the queue as it also does when checking for updates.

I had to reinstall the game and it said in queue that was empty but i could at least fix that by going into compatibility mode then downloading, it doesn't work for repairs or updates.
