I've had very little issues with BF1. BF4 for me was awful to begin with, constant crashing.

Only issues I has was with DX12 crashing on launch, which I found to be MSI Afterburner conflict. Then last night I had a crash which turned out to be that I forgot to put the Vcore back up on my GPUs after messing with OC's.

Only minor issue I do have is I find the menu FPS quite low and feels laggy in general.

Yeah new maps are definitely needed, there are probably 3 or 4 maps I really like and they come up very frequently.

No it was Mount Grappa, I'm sure BF4 has a similar bug on the dam map with missing sounds.

Lovely graphics and the staple amazing Dice audio aside, this is the worse Battlefield yet, it just doesn't grab me or pull me in like the other ones did, I even enjoyed Hardline more

think I preferred BF4 more but this is a very good shooter. don't like the hip spray mechanic over tapping but hey ho, that's what we have so gotta live with it.
I actually prefer not having lock-on missiles. makes it harder to take out tanks......even more fun/challenging sometimes. yeah I happen to die a lot doing it but.....(shrug).

agree it now needs more maps but that is partly due to BF4's many maps. this will have plenty soon enough.

this really now only needs better rented servers with decent admin and kickable rights and it will have nailed it.

has anyone on here rented a server. I generally just 'quick match' but would prefer to get a decent server going with ptfo players

It desperately needed the normal rented servers from launch. Not certain how many old clans will rent servers (if they fix them) when the game is 6 months plus old.

I still enjoy it as there is usually at least a squad of mates playing on a night which makes it fun. Not a game to lone wolf as that becomes beyond frustrating.

My biggest complaint by far is that if I AT Rocket an aircraft it's not a kill when imo it should absolutely be a kill if I've managed it

Love vehicle hunting and upsetting people just sat back spamming vehicles. Yesterday had someone calling me cheap for killing him with mines as he was 35-0 sat on the edge of the map, the irony made my night

Agreed! However this does not just stick with AT trucks. This is also tanks. Nothing worse than jumping in a tank thinking he will head to a flag only to drive to the top of a hill and stay there for the rest of the round. There is a bit too much stats padding going on at the moment.

I really enjoy the game however they need to do something about the spam nading. The primary reason most run around with AT nades is not for tanks but infantry kills.

What is rewarding however is knowing they are there, spawning with ammo box and smoke grenades...then just follow them around for 10 minutes spamming smoke in their general direction! Its hilarious!

nope not on his own, I also think this is the worse battlefield EVER, graphics and sound are great but its more a twitch shooter now with very little tactics involved, people cared if they died on previous battlefield games and played more tactical, on this one everyone just runs around like headless chickens not caring if they die as longs as they get a quick kill or 2 in first, it plays more like a large scale cod than a battlefield game.

it can be fun but as a battlefield game its pants

You absolutely nailed it here for me, thank you. Next time I'm questioned as to why I don't like it im referring them to your post! 'Large scale cod' sums it up perfectly (and I like cod in small doses)
