Eugh! That does annoy me. Once you gain the sequential advantage, hold it. No need to over-extend, it's not worth the risk.

Really can't wait for the big changes to arrive, should make the game feel a lot closer to BF 4Just a shame this is always the same old with DICE and new BF games, release in **** state and take 6+ months to make the changes that everyone was wanting since alpha/beta/release day......

Good to have you on at last.
You do have a habit of going straight for the backcaps, and as a squad you normally do it pretty well, the problem is when the rest of the team follow which is why I try to encourage our squad not to do so unless plan b is required. In bf4 there was a tangible benefit to it as it would normally allow you to steal one of the enemy's vehicle assets, but it doesn't in this game.
Yup yesterday was the worst I have ever seen in my BF career and that is saying a lot.....
I definitely notice that we seem to get stuck with **** teams when there is a full squad or more of us on, bit **** if that is the way that DICE are balancing squads i.e. "you are all playing together therefore you must be really good so we'll put you on a team full of lone wolfs that can't defend a flag to save their life".....
Indeed! That is why my reaction to bf 1 was/is so negative, just ***** me of so much that they had gone through so many iterations with previous games only to throw all that work out the window and go back to square 1 again *cough* suppression *cough*

Tried to join on nexus earlier but my game join very rarely works!? Usually only if it shows friend/platoon playing in the main screen. Where it lists players down the right hand side the option to join is hardly ever there.

Yup noticed that too, I tried joining you when I saw you jump on but seems the premium trial has ended....
Yeah gg's. Papa and I were trying the medic train (quite effectively I thought). The federov has made medic so much more attractive to play.
I don't know when the next premium trials/friends is going to be, maybe you should get the revolutions edition when it's on sale. Given that 2/3s of the maps are DLC now, I suspect the base only map servers will be quieter (or just full of trial hackers).

I'm so used to wishing there was a medic behind me when I go shotgun ham, I kinda realised where I needed to position myself to pick up the fallen. Peeking for a burst with the federov and diving behind cover to heal works wonders as well. Having two medics in the squad makes it very hard for the enemy to stop us.

I think you have it covered now, I can finally try one of those fancy sniper rifles and be even more ineffectual with my bad aim
I don't see why people complain about medic being useless in bf 1, their guns are still extremely good. The other night with tony, josh and I, we were going ham, at one point I had 31-1 (died loads but the res train kept me alive ), team were getting trashed and then they get their train and turned the damn game around, ******* crutches..... and had then 5 extra deaths 
Probably be when the next dlc is due.

No point me buying premium now as I can't see myself playing bf 1 much longer once destiny 2 + swbf 2 is out unless the DLC is really special.....
If I can gt premium for about £15 then I'll probably pick it up but that won't be for a while yet.

They renamed it revolutions just so you don't have to buy premium again
You guys should try incursions in the open alpha when it comes up. It's much more intense, relies on tight squad play and has no behemoths. And for once, the maps are tightly focused on the game mode.

Not for me that, 5 vs 5 just doesn't work for BF franchise, already got CSGO, overwatch etc. for that. BF for me will always be about the big open maps, vehicles, full out war.
And just as i thought the lag issue was fixed and gone it shows its ugly head today even worse than ever with severe packet loss and server performance issues.. I really used to love games by DICE but it seems this **** has gotten to complicated for them.

I've not really come across many cheaters if i'm honest, nowhere near as many as BF4 and BF3.

I loved how when someone brought it up in chat, suddenly he made it way less obvious and dropped rather quickly from first place to 4th.....
Just had a quick game there and it still ***** me of just how much this game has been catered for casuals, picked up an elite/heavy kit and just went on a rampage:
That sort of score should not be possible with "infantry" play......
Just remove stupid crutches like that and the behemoths and the game will instantly be far better!
Seen some of the latest swbf 2 footage from the ronku whores and got to say, extremely underwhelmed from what I've seen, didn't think it was possible, but the game/infy play looks even more boring than the first game....... So if I hate the beta, I'll probably just buy rev/premium for bf 1 as I need something to tide me over until the next BF/SWBF game!

BF has catered for casuals since bc2 Nexus. Why else would I play it
And compared to SWBF...
TBH I normally don't find Elite class players hard to take down, AT rocket to face/ bayonet charge or melee..
It's only against casuals that they're really OP, and looking at the enemy team they don't appear to be the same sort of ranks we get in evening sessions.
The SWBF commentary from neebs gaming was quite funny. The guy was clearly very drunk and didn't have much positive to say about it
