TBH I normally don't find Elite class players hard to take down, AT rocket to face/ bayonet charge or melee..
It's only against casuals that they're really OP, and looking at the enemy team they don't appear to be the same sort of ranks we get in evening sessions.

The SWBF commentary from neebs gaming was quite funny. The guy was clearly very drunk and didn't have much positive to say about it

But yup no doubt as each BF has come out, it has progressively moved more towards casual play but surely there has to be a point where you have to take a step back and think "wtf are we doing?!". e.g. take SWBF 2, the next biggest "crutch" is having a white circle telling you where to aim in order to ensure that you are hitting aircraft, I mean really?! You don't need this! I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see a feature/crutch in a future BF/SWBF game where the aiming is done for you....

I still standby my comments of SWBF having a higher skill ceiling than bf 1 too :p BF 1 is more about the map/tactical approach/knowledge, you can't rely on sheer skill to take on 3+ players the same way you could with the likes of bf 4 and more so 3, this might change with that future patch though..... I don't think I have ADS at all with assault class....

Aye, it wasn't exactly a tough game but today I decided to play more carefully with the elite/heavy and stick to nearby cover (plenty tried to melee charge etc. I have learnt to keep my distance for that now :D). Still, no matter how bad the enemy team are, that score should not be possible as "infy", that is the sort of score you should only get when vehicle whoring.

Yup that was hilarious, I also love x's video, he didn't sound enthusiastic about the game at all. Going to be very interesting to see the ronku whore advertise the **** out of this game only to end up trashing it a month or so later and then return back to PUBG :D

Also, not being able to spawn on squad mates in SWBF 2, says it all..........
 
Anyone on for BF Friday tonight? Not been on all week and the desire to kill, maim and slaughter is high.

You missed the boat a boat there. Premium is currently £34.99, Revolutions (base game + Premium) £54.99. You could get premium for ~£23.50 only a couple of weeks ago (less if you had origin access).
I imagine Premium will be on special again ~ Black Friday and in the run up to the December DLC drop.

Ah will wait until then. No mega rush... How do I play on this new competitive mode? TFU, my clan, previous won a few iseries bf3 events be nice to see what the future holds of competitive game play and DICe
 
Incursions (competitive bf) closed alpha is ongoing at the moment. If you lurk in the official incursions Discord channel, they regularly drop new codes. Open alpha will follow, but I've no idea when.
It's suspect it's unlikely that incursions will see a full release in the bf1 lifecycle, it's experimental at the moment, they're trying to get the right sort of formula for a competitive game that is still interesting to play as a casual while keeping it recognizably BF.

Its looks really interesting..... We spend a substantial amount training and competing for BF3... Funny enough when Jackfrags was about 200k subs he came to iseries with us and was in our teams, which can be found on his channel.

So yeah... watch this space, based on incursion I'm very likely to buy BF5 what ever it is!
 
I got a code for Incursions in my email today, d/loading on my potato internet just now. What is it in a nutshell, cod size teams for BF1?
 
On my hunt for the ronku whores battlefront 2 videos, I couldn't help but notice a distinct lack of bf 1 videos..... Matimo has virtually no videos at all either, one new video a few days ago but before that, it is just months of rainbow six siege, x = pubg and level = mostly pubg, fps stuff in general with a few bf 1 videos every now and then.

Jackfrags went back to bf 4 and damn, I miss that game.....


Any idea when BF 1 gunplay etc. patch will be coming? Also, any more ETA on when the damn lag etc. be "completely" fixed?
 
I'm actually getting closer to my original VfM target of 50p ph not the EA VfM target I normally have of £1ph- game cost me a total of £60 and I have 55h in already.
 
I have 32 hours and the Revolution edition cost me £36

That's not great VfM admittedly but can't bring myself to play it recently and I've only had it a month!
