does anyone know if we will be able to unlock the preload early via a US VPN ?

It works with steam but no idea if it will work with origin !

VPNs do not work with Origin.

Any ideas about whether they'll port any of the other BF2 maps over as DLC at some point - wouldn't mind giving Dragon Valley or Dalian Plant a go as if Caspian Border was anything to go by they'd be brilliant.

Nope

They may do later on as DLC or something, but nobody has said anything.

I tried before and it wouldn't let me login to Origin. I'm sure there is a way around this though.

Why would a VPN work now? time to try it is when the game is unlocked on the 25th. IMO it will work and once unlocked I bet you can play with no VPN.

My net connections such crap, have to wait till about 10pm to ge the other 80% of the game. Virgin media and their throttling even though ive only downloaded 2.5 gig before 5pm.

just got it from this link but it cost me £31.50 as its gone up to $49.95 now, i just entered my normal details and googled an arizona zipcode and selected AZ from the state list and it accepted my order, no messing with entropay

all accepted into origin and ready to download along with my dogtag pack and my account has been charged

This is torture having bf3 just sitting in front of me all downloaded and still having a possible 7 days to wait still..... I need to book a emergency holiday abroad or something to get my mind of it lol!!! I have never felt this way about any game but I'm a total Battlefield addict I have every game and add on in my origin.....

same i cant wait, my asrock gen 3 comes monday then building my 2500k monday afternoon and get my OS and pre download all ready and system done by friday and then 10 days off work! woohoooo! i havent been this excited about a game since quake 3!
