I cancelled bf3 a few weeks ago, but now I get an email saying I can preload now....?! What's going on, I am holiday so can't get to my computer.....

Please help, any ideas?

Long day and my calculations worked it out at 0.74 of a penny per hour. I just divided it the wrong way round.

Did the trick cheers. Why can't EA put the version number next to the download link? I was running quite an old version, but there was no way to tell until it's installed.

Blame Ocuk, they built it for me.

That's only because I don't have the time to do it myself.

Built a couple in my time, it's just nice not to stress about testing and such like.

Origin is telling me I need an updated version of windows to install BF3? I'm on Win7x64 (legit copy) fully updated.

Just solved it. For some reason Origin was running in compatibility mode for XP. I have no idea why this was happening since I've never had a problem running it and it was a fresh install...

There does seem to be patch folder within the BattleField 3 folder

After installation, the BattleField 3 folder is still 11.4GB.

Wow just started my pre-load and I'm loving the speed! 5.9MB/Sec epic win from origin and bt infinity, much better download speeds than steam!
