Because in those videos you can clearly see when they die they have the choice of EVERY ONE on their TEAM to spwan on. Not just the 3 members of their squad. But EVERY person.

Nope, they are the pre defined squads, if one is empty you can join it and be the squad leader.

It looked more like you can spawn on air vehicles even if your squad isn't in it, not individual players.

It's hardly everyone in the team, it's a bug ' 6 man squads were seen in the PC version and confirmed as a bug ' or something like a platoon feature where two squads can combine.

So at one point in this thread a possible 3am activation was quoted, I take it we are now all looking towards 4pm and even then potentially SP (offline) only as VPN will die every 30 minutes or so
