Hi guys

is it possible to copy or backup origin games from one machine to another? I only have a 2mb connection at home

and wanna download it on my parents machine which is 15mb

Yeah just go into Program Files / Origin Games and copy the Battlefield 3 folder. Paste it into the same location on your Home machine and when you run Origin BF3 will say "ready to install".

Download it on your parents connection then copy the contents of the install file and take it yours. Boot Origin and let it start downloading then close completely and copy the already downloaded files to install file.

Origin then goes to like 99.95% and you'll be able to install.

This out now then? Thought it was out on Friday. Didn't preorder.

How does it run for everyone? I have a decent GFX card, but only running a Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz. Not sure how it will handle the game.

Gameservers I think (can check that). It's streaming to PBBans and we have a TS server too.

its not out until Friday.

Read one of the many, many, many threads and posts explaining how people have got it early through Origin.

Is TFU hosted by Multiplay, if yes, then how come Multiplay servers are smooth and lag free but not TFU. Have you sorted out the lags with Heli and jets. ?

Sweet thanks so much for that, got another daft question tho, its showing in my origin as unrelaesed of course so how do i actually go about downlaoding it?

Because BF3 is this amazing game that no one is allowed to dislike.. it's quite funny that people bash call of duty for only adding very few new things each time but BF3 is hardly any different from BC2 it's just jets and prone which would easily be implemented

I will check for a new version of the bios for my card as well. I know the standard voltage is pretty low at something like 0.997v (I can't remember exactly). I remember there is a new version of the bios for my card apparently, but that's meant to be for the fan, as it was too noisy.
