Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

Was going to get another 6950 2gb and x-fire it but after reading about the issues with x-fire atm, i think i will just lower the settings and go with just the one 6950.
Will still run better than the console versions.
People seem to be impressed with final gfx engine build on the PC version, wonder if the console versions have seen an improvement.
I tried the beta on the 360 and i wasnt impressed it has to be said. Being locked at 30 fps on the consoles doesnt do the game justice. Aside from the obvious texture / rez difference, the 30 fps is a game breaker for me.
Bet my retail copy arrives tomorrow just to tease me for a day :D
 
I just cancelled my order with GAME. I don't care if i was one of the people who has had the game sent but got no e-mail and the order status still says unshipped. I got my code from green man with the 10% off and i am downloading now. This will probably mean that i will never buy a physical copy on pre-order again (especially from GAME).

You just need to do that, no fiddling with time zone stuff.

I haven't tried rush yet. There's a few rush servers about though :)

Once you eventually man up and do it you'll feel like such a nab for not doing it sooner. Just do it :p
 
decided to cancel my order from game as i've lost all faith in their ability to do stuff since the website update.

gone for the large river with free next day delivery instead.
not long to go now :)

When did you pre-order yours? I ordered mine on the 21st but delivery status is on backorder.

On there twitter page it says all orders have shipped on time and that was posted 2 hours ago but when i rung at 5.30pm to check i was told it will be shipped tomorrow, so i cancelled and bought from shopto and it has already despatched.
