You can download the game fine as soon as you get your key but you wont be able to activate it to play unless you activate it via the korean proxy

I dont think sniping is that bad. Not as bad as BC2. have you been on the TFU servers ive had one squad of no snipers

What i found in the beta too. Makes squad play a non-event at times. Found myself at times on my own, get killed, check where my squad members are and there they are, all three of them, prone with sniper rifles in the exact same place.
And none of then had even deployed a mobile spawn point. Speechless

Latest nvidia drivers work perfectly for me on Ultra settings using GTX 480 SLI. No stutter.

Hmm, so loading the level after the earthquake from the trailer and I gets a message telling me I need a GPU with 1GB.

I have a 560Ti 1024MB!

Anyone else had this?

This game is good if i'm not:

1: Crashing to desktop.
2: Getting extreme lag in a rubbish server.
3: Stuck on connecting with a black screen on every server I try to join.

Did you notice any difference from the original driver installed or did you update before installing BF3

Ive tried settings at medium, still the same. This is what i was running.

All things in high on the above pic, tried on medium. The rest kept as they were.

Im having fun at the minute, the games diong this routine where it'll load in but you can't see any options, you have to go to windowed mode to see them, click on it and the game again goes fullscreen to the same screen where you can see the map in the blue tint but cant access anything....Multi panel support is lacking to say the least.

Ah ok, think our GSP stuck with R3 for now as R4 had some bug, think it was to do with player numbers or something.

In the Origin settings there is an option to 'Keep game installers after games have been installed'. Which I guess means you can at least re-use the installer with out downloading again. Whether that lets you copy them to another PC or not I've no idea but worth a go.

The 'Browse Game Installers' button took me to my old EADM cache folder (\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EADM\DownloadCache\) with not a lot in it. The main bulk of the installer files seem to have been downloaded to ":\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 3".
