Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

We used to do that all the time back in the day on Desert Combat Capture the flag.

Crash a jet into the flag and the pilot jumps out and takes the flag, second pilot comes in low and flys over the top of him and jumps out , new pilot jumps in with the flag and flys off into the distance.

Ahhh those were the days.
 
Holy crap that was amazing! At first run through I thought it was a team mate and he just bailed out, then the slow mo showed he actually shot the pilot and stole it. Insane...

Do you work for dice/ea, because you defend this game to the hilt. It has an awful lot of flaws, my question isnt derogatory towards you personally. But, im wondering why you so vehemently defend something that is a total screw up?
 
great games there setter on tdm lol was like 5 off us on ts. i slapped on the m39b sniper just no scoping for the lols did very good and nearly completed all shotties now :D

870 shotty is a monster
 
I must get ts up and running. Though ive only got the mic on my old logitech webcam. Ts3 seemed to pick eastenders up of the tv ok, (which is right beside my desk). Wether you guys will be able to understand my dulcet irish tone, thats a different matter lol.:D
 
Just to add to the stuff from a few days ago about performance in this game: I've found that disabling Aero themes actually hurts performance significantly. Don't know why. Doesn't make sense, but it's true. For me at least.

which ts server do you go on dg? i've never seen you on matts server


which leads me on to another topic. I have noticed several familiar names talking about using voice comms, but i know that people are using different programs and servers, even people on my friends list. This is frustrating but i can't think of a good answer for it.

I'm afraid you must have me mixed up with someone else. :) Where have I "vehemently defended" the game?

A total screw up? Seems to me that you are the opposite to Dj_Jestar. You always have a go at the game, why do you still play it?

i go on matts but mainly own ts . the ip i gave is for matts ts. its often got people on playing bf3 . i never play games without voice coms

hope the m39 isnt buffed as its a awesome gun
 
Like bc2 every patch means "i" must reinstall the whole stupid thing. I get....

Invalid Licence. Reason code = 0x0006.

Sick of this absolute pile of steaming ****. Going in the bin.
