I've setup a paypal donations thingy on the site. Amazed that ive had some donations already. Much appreciated fellas. ;) I'll pay for the server regardless of the donations received as i love the game and i love having a server that all you guys play on and contribute to, but the donations are most welcome.

Indeed, the Stinger is a complete waste of time.

Helicopters can be so overpowering when there is a competent pilot & gunner. A single vehicle can pretty much be the difference between a win, and a loss. They also seem to have a counter to anything..... try to get lock on, ECM, get lock on and fire, flares, hit once? Fly away and either A) Repair or B) Await maintenance.

Seemingly the only way to fight them is to hope more people in your team spec anti air, or get the anti air vehicle into the action but half the time your team isn't interested (because the Stinger is gash) or the AA tank is manned by a complete numpty sat in your base. An argument could made for the Javelin I suppose, but again it takes team work..... which normally seems lacking when without friends.

Mounted machine guns on vehicles again, pretty much a waste of time, and what's up with tank shells/unguided missiles not killing them in one hit if you actually manage to hit them?! Should be a one hit kill every day of the week.

In short, helicopters can be the most infuriating thing in the game. I rage all the time over them :p

Anyone got any pointers?

Right lads got big jim all setup and ready to go on team speak and tested out his mic and working fine. Should find the ts channel will fill up jim over the comming hours.
