Metro last night on Matts server was an utter spam fest.

Cant say it was fun.

Absolute pain in the ass trying to get up the stairs or escalator but not impossible.

It always seems to be on Metro! Does it ever make it round to the B2K maps?

Every round 6 random maps are put up for vote, so it's down to getting enough votes. In saying that they seem to be popular enough.

As my good friend Art Garfunkel says bitches rule the roost on the server. That means you play what people vote for. If you forget to vote like a big girls blouse then that is self inflicted.

I wish there were a server where people try to do the objective.Is there such a server,conquest normal mode or will I have to go back to metro only servers

Why is Metro so popular in a game supposed to be about vehicular warfare. It's an insult to the Battlefield name.

The game is effectively ruined now, as the devs will simply pander to what they think joe public wants, hence this poxy CQB DLC they are bringing out.

Did you miss the news on the other dlc based around big maps and vehicles?
Besides bfbc2 riuned the bf series on the pc.

Yep, get that a bit. Some nights i enjoy it an awful lot, other nights i tire of it very quickly.

I find that with particular servers. The annoying thing for me is the only quick way I see of leveling (so that I can be useful to a team in other maps) is by playing Metro, and whether I play the round really depends on whether or not my team has B (unless I fancy just laying down medkits and reviving people).

Judging by my last couple of games, I think it's safe to say that I'm liking the 870MCS w/ Frag rounds

I've been debating playing with the shotgun a little more - I was a monster with the Clark in 2142 and really had fun using it, especially in titan. However, it seems like there aren't really any good maps to be using it on without frag rounds - any suggestions?

Also, I'd like to get veteran status etc from 2142, but when I try and put my code into Origin it says it isn't valid. From what I've read, the CD version doesn't support transferring as it was released before 2009 (I think that's the Origin limit).
