Knifing can be very hit and miss in BF3, but there is definately a "knack" to it and you can get kills from behind, the side or front on :D

Eh? They broke the knife more times than they patched BF1942 in BC2. How can you say rarely when they had to dedicate a whole patch to just the knifing issue in BC2 or did you not play the game during that period? :confused:

If it doesn't do anything when you hit the knife button, that's because just like BC2, you are already dead, your client just doesn't know it yet. :D
 
Guys,Does anyone else keep getting crashing in multiplayer for this game?

I keep getting a grey screen with white lines down and looping sound, it goes back to the desktop OR it just blue screens. :/

Make sure it's definitely the DPV you're using, not the other wee small buggies. A few people have spent ages trying it only to notice it was the wrong one. All of the buggies on Gulf of Oman are DPVs.

Yep, defo using the correct vehicle and on GoO map, but unless there is a specific way of getting the 5kills I'm baffled! , cheers tho

I blue-screened twice earlier. I thought it was my overclock, so i reverted back to stock.
 
I am not very much enjoying driving the tanks after the patch:(

Their defense seems to have weakened substantially and are easily destroyed with javelin/heli &jet rockets :(

Within 1-3 mins of me getting into tank, I find I have to getout before tank blows or mine dies with the tank
 
247 Server is starting to be overfull with CoD muppets who play for themselves, type !punish permanently (Showing their selfish non team like ways) and generally not able to play at all. No ressing, no repairing, no health, no ammo - nothing.

you can't be, i got the kills easily by just road killing people. Got them all in one game.

Everyone who I play with has stopped playing now so looking for some regular running buddies to play with or at least add on Battlelog and go from there.

By the looks of it you were playing against a really **** team though :p First the k/d of pretty much all the players on the loosing team, secondly the huge difference in tickets :p

Nexus 4 of my platoon joined and we was 300 tickets behind! me and femuta jumped in tank and oneshot multi went in heli!

the rest doesn't need to be said!
