How on earth does that make any sense at all, giving console players double XP?!

Because consoles are the lead platform. The same happens with patches, consoles get them first.

Knew double XP would be console only as soon as I heard about it.

I just realised as i played a 34min game racked up total of 7k+ xp and it wasnt doubled

Patches are different as it actually takes a bit of effort for them to push out a release like that on several platforms. I'd assume that the double XP is just a tiny change on a server setting.

I had over negative 2.5 million score after a match a couple weeks ago. That was mildly scary

Quick question about Matts server, how do you vote?

I see the message come up that votings open but it scrolls up so fast I can't catch how to cast a vote.

As yack said just type /+number.

Much obliged, I know one vote might not make a difference but after having metro about 3 times in a row the other day I rage quit

I've changed things slightly now. The server now has every conquest map (including b2k maps) apart from tehran highway, two rounds of each so you get to play as russians and us. Map vote will pop up on the second round, previous map will not be included in the vote. Tickets were at 200% (100% is stock) ive now reduced those to 150%.

After the second round is complete the teams will be scrambled if the last round was won with 200 tickets or more remaining.

Im not really fussed about double xp either way tbh. But like every announcement/change/update dice make to the game, they make a total mess of it. It's a case of one step forward two steps back with everything they do.

Honestly? No. I only started playing a week ago so everyone out ranks me on every server pretty much, it will be nice to get a chance to catch up a little faster.

ditto I would have missed it anyway. I dont take bf3 seriously for reasons like this.
Its a repeat of the stupidity that bf2 stats produced, people sitting in the corner of a map for hours repeatedly killing and reviving each other just for points - thats not a game

Ahh, not sure where to buy bf3. Found a site where I can get a Russian code and back to ksrkland for about 24 quid. Good price and decent site reviews so may go for it hmm..

How much is back to karkland usually? I had a look on origin but couldn't find a price!
