That's the exact deal I ordered yesterday, but couldn't help but put on next day delivery so I've got it delivered for when I get home this evening from work.

Made it just under £41, but its £45 on Origin and sometimes I just like having the actual box.

Bring back the classic 'BIG BOX PC GAMES'!

My Grim Fandango and Curse of Monkey Island are still somewhere in the household.
 
there is definitely either bf4 or bfbc3 this october

i just sent two emails to EA guys hoping to here something back soon.

bf4 not interested in bfbc3 maybe i would be if like bad company 2 which was a great game. new playstation will be out then no way they going to miss that amount of cash in possibilities.

It may be that BF4 does launch this october and the "battlefield game due next year" is something else.

Given frostbite 2.0s capability, getting a game ready for the PS4 / next gen xbox is easy. Just turn everything on that was switched off for the PS3 / Xbox 360, back on and hey presto, next gen game engine.

After that its just a question of making a new game using the existing engine.

EA are quoted as wanting to "bring year-over-year continuity to its shooter offerings" so you could infer from that there should be some sort of shooter launched in October this year, and given BF4 is already announced with a beta confirmed, this seems most likely.

But question is, when will the next COD game be out ? Oct was chosen to beat COD's november release. But will they be launching the next Infinity Ward COD game in early november ? Its march already and we've heard nothing yet which is unusual. Bo2 had a word wide reveal on 1st of May, which isn't long off now....

haha dave one guy i emailed is a producer of bf games one is community manager for ea :) sorry for the bs as usual :rolleyes: :p

cod is going to announce about the next cod in few weeks time (most likely mw4) (will be released first week november) also you should hear about bf for this october in same period as they try to battle each other for your money.

im not sure tbh whether it will be bf4 or bfbc3 as they are alternating normally so it should be bfbc3 but... it would probably be easier to do bf4 and probably more successful money wise than another bad company game.



it will be bf as normal so youll get a taster teaser in next two/three weeks then a beta in sept time and the full game end october.

Don't listen to DG, he doesn't even play it any more I bet! haha

I think it's definitely worth it, it's great to play even now especially with voice comms, see my sig for details :D
 
haha i went to pm you clubfoot the details but you locked my access. ill just leave you a date of release instead 25th october :) . enjoy.
