Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

Gutted I am at work till 5 today. I am actually looking forward to a new expansion pack. Just hope this has enough to keep me playing for a good amount of hours.
 
I checked Bf3 news last night, it did not mention anything about yet another patch. It would be nice if they let us know when they are releasing these patches so we can all get prepared for them. It's all fine and dandy if you have cable or fibre but I live out in the sticks. Nice scenery, lovely views, lakes and villages not known for it's broadband speeds.
 
how do i start the end game download?

im premium and i click a server and it tells me to download the addon so click the open origin button, it has a think for like a second and nothing happens

my game list comes up but nothing downloads

*even if i right click bf3 and check for updates nothing comes up, says its upto date! im in uk if that helps

did you right click and check for update s? thats how i started mine :)
 
Crikey these patches really are ludicrously sized, there's no way these patch downloads are efficient, just like the BF2 and 2142 patches used to be with that terrible patching process that broke half the time if there was more than one patch to apply.
