I have to reinstall with every Battlefield Bad Company 2 patch, as updater NEVER worked for me. So Battlefield 3 can forget my money.

After consideration I've merged these threads together, it shouldn't be too much of a hassle, and Thegoon84 has been great in the past for keeping original posts up to date.

If this thread isn't updated now I'm going to get the hammer out

I hope the bullet spead isn't insane on this. I played BF2 last night and i fail to shoot anyone unless i am 30cm away!!!

thats the idea. play COD if u want 100% accuracy from 10miles away when spraying.

i hope bullet spread is insane. stops all those spray and pray people from getting hits.

more of a challenge if you are forced to shoot in small batches/single shots. much more realistic.

I miss the good old days of emptying a server just because we werre too good

and i don't empty servers instead i leave when I get nerd rage

Trailers look good. £10 off with EA knocks it down to £29.99.

Do i buy the limited edition now or wait till it's released and see if it's any cheaper?

Standard edition should cost £29.99 i hope, that will be the edition i'll be buying if i like the beta.

Oh yes, i recall scanning the player list before joining a BF2 server - see who was on there. There were some frighteningly good players who would make my life a misery (if I wasnt on their team

).

Likewise there were some incredibly irritating admins who overused their power and kicked you after you'd killed them a few times.

Hope they bring in assualt line's mode from 2142. Was very good to be able to cap the uncap once all flags fell.

the normal editio ndoesn;t have the bf2 maps, only the pre order limtied edition.

then the maps won't be released for a while after launch as paid for dlc.

That problem is not caused by bullet spread.

Oh you mean like those guys camped 10 miles away with LMGs aimed down the sights tap/burst shooting which makes them superior to every other gun in every way? Clip size, accuracy, damage? All better. And of course they sit on medkits to keep themselves healed from minor injuries. Very realistic...
