Don't forget to post its sister graph that shows you need at least a GTX780 or SLi/CF to get playable FPS at those settings

Its of little use with no game or driver optimizations and most of the textures missing though. At least the vram is likely to be similar, maybe more usage considering some textures are missing.
If that benchmark is true then the live stream which was shown from gamescon using 2x7970ghz edition cards would not have been playable or smooth. But as we know from this video, it clearly is.
Madness jumping the gun considering there will be an AMD anouncement in 15 days, you could save quite a bit if the 780's drop in price-if that's the card you want.
Thank you Tommy. There you go Jono.
Looks like that 1.5gb gtx 580 is holding up well though
I gave you two links with benchmarks that showed no change in framerates whatsover.
Both the Titan and the HD 7970 have the best / lowest frame time variance with the GTX 680 2GB coming in last. It is interesting to see the added frame buffer of the 4GB GTX 680 making a noticeable difference in potential stutter.
The GTX 680 4GB frame times are also noticeably tighter and doesn't exhibit nearly as many spikes in frame times as the 2GB models do.
I wonder how many fools go out and buy 6gb cards now for single monitor as they've seen the recommended specs and they always like to have double that. This forum generally offers good advice but when I have a look elsewhere some people really are clueless.
Im sure my 2GB 670 will be fine, its been playing Crysis3 maxed out (apart from 2x AA) at 2560x1440 and doing ok.
