Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

I've got loads of time to play this game.. its just not fun.. those rush maps should be a head rush and they are not

too may battle packs.. too many silly unlocks. we need a simpler version. we need to do away the battle log
 
Have to admit I am also getting a little bored of the maps/game :( Doesn't help when you have crashes + poor netcode though.......

Well..... we got china rising coming out in 2 weeks time (don't know for sure but probably 3/4 weeks for us non premium users) Lets hope they are of the same quality as paracel storm and siege and not golmud railway..........
 
Only done 8 hours so far, (rank 7). Would be more if the game would play ball and stop crashing/disconnecting. Hopefully the update will cure a few issues.

Managed to get into a game tonight after a lot of trying. Had a great moment earlier taking out an LAV from the littlebird chopper. 2 LAW rounds from quite a way off, had to give the target an awful lot of forward lead.

Don't look at my stats. In between contracts currently so been hammering it

Still have 4x200, 10x100, 30x50 and 55x25 XP boosts left. Keep forgetting about them

Will play after tomorrow's patch but if it still sucks, I'm out for good
 
I'm a Battlefield fan, but this isn't a big game now is it, since that **** up B3.. its hard work, every time I load it up, I dread having a drink with it .. and that's not fun is it

ROFL, its been less than two weeks and you're already throwing the toys out of the preverbal pram. Perhaps its time to take a break from gaming mate if its making you rage that hard lol
 
how long people before bf3 was okay ? can anyone not rememeber? :p

we are so thickle on pc and then we wonder why we arnt catered for. bf3 was a few months until it was sort of right it is just how Dice are with mp games.

ive played mostly fine today had a few crashes but most of games been fine. im not excusing them it isnt right but it isnt unusal either.

as for those moaning about scores just go on a big server play something like rush or whatever on locker map with tickets you get shedloads of points on most good rounds i get 25,000 no problems.

see how patch goes tomorrow but as usual dice dont do quick fixes but neither do a lot of companies cough activision cough BI arma 3 cough project cars cough any game thats big.
 
I am enjoying it. The only think that is the fly in the ointment are the "Battlefield 4 has stopped working" random crashes. That is the only issue I have had with it and over the past few days I haven't had an 'in game' one of those.

I really like some of the maps. Paracel Storm in particular is just fantastic.

Hopefully this new patch tomorrow will remedy the "stopped working" crashes and all will be good.

True, really enjoying it so far. And with a bit of patching here and there i reckon ill probably enjoy it a lot more. When its error free it runs very nicely. I wasnt expecting to be able to max it out setting wise but no probs there.

Indeed. Performance is fantastic and some of the graphics (Paracel storm) are fantastic.

Just need this random crash to desktops fixed.
 
Yep, paracel is a stunning map. The wave and weather effects really set it off. The only crash i had tonight thankfully happened after the round had completed. Didnt loose any of my unlocks etc.
