I get this from time to time, seems to be a problem with the Single Sign On. I just close IE and try again and it seems to work, not found a better way yet. Other than using FF.

I've experienced a crash for the first time today - or more specifically the game locking up with sound looping but still "Running" in Task Manager.
"Error: Client was disconnected" still happens every 5 minutes too.

Boats just need to have the splash damage reduced and less ammo/slower reload, everything else about them is fine, if they get nerfed regarding their armour etc. then jets will have an even easier time raping them.
Just had a round there, put my network slider to 10% and hit reg. was much better! But near the end and crash

depends on the teams really, if you have pretty even skilled teams then it;s great.... but there are also times where on a full 64 man player sever I've wandered about for minuets wondering where on earth (or battlefield) the other team are hiding as I can't find them xD
probably agree with you on the more CQB maps like metro 2.1, that can get a bit silly as if you are spawn locked with 32 players all gunna at you...there is little chance to push

what's really funny I got level 50 'General of the Army' in BC2. I thought I was really good. When B3 came out I couldn't play the damn thing, I got to K/D 1.25. It would help if I actually enjoyed it. But as with this game I find the amount of unlocks, vehicles not being fun to play I just cant stick at it like I used to. Don't get me wrong BC2 was basic in regards to unlocks etc. But no less skillful
Fine for me. Great reg and no crashes.

People loved BC2 and you know what, it had a player count of 32.
32/48 is best for fun and balance.

The only maps where 64 player suits imo is paracel storm, siege, rogue and perhaps dawnbreaker, need to play that map more.....
The main problem isn't so much the map size, but more the placement of the flags i.e. on zavod with regards to C and D, floodzone with regards to the 2 rooftop flags, C and B.
Operation locker is just terrible with 64 players. Played the SP on that map the other day and tbh, it is a shame that they didn't keep that same sort of design with regards to the outside + inside, could have been excellent!
I have played with westie and the CG guys a few times on bf 3 and the other team just don't stand a chance, most of the time, it ends up with the other team pinned in their deployment base lol, never forget the rush game on kharg, the attacking team couldn't get onto land due to the jet rape + jav/soflam and every single person at the very front.

Indeed, BC 2 is more fun, less grinding for unlocks and vehicle to infantry combat was great. I like how BF 4 works though, much better than bf 3 but could be sooooo much better
BC 2 definitely required more skill than bf 3, that stupid suppression system ruined bf 3 when it came to skill.
I found 32 to be too much for bc 2 maps (but not as bad as 64 on bf 3/4), iirc I played on servers with either 24/26 players. I only played rush though, 32 suited conquest. Problem is they are trying to cater for old gen + new gen consoles + PC, imo they should have forgot about current gen. consoles or at least put them down as very low priority. Hopefully when more people get their hands on the new gen. consoles, they will make some changes to accommodate for 64 player better........
