I LOVE MY BEARD
err yeah that's right I'm 21 and have a beard and I love it. have had some sort of beard since I was 19 going from the crazy beard of death just for the sake of looking as silly as possible for a bet.

That's me with silly beard mixed with and ape.
Am currently looking a little more sensible though. Shaved it off a while back and loads of mates said I looked silly with out it.

I have no pics of me with a full set, but I defo look better with a beard than without.

Those with ginger hair should conceal it rather than flaunt it. You should get rid of the beard or if that is too much, invest in a bottle of Just for Men Gel®.

Pah and make myself look like you dull boring bland colour haired folk. I love my hair colour. ginger people with dyed hair looks ridiculous.

Stubble is acceptable for me, i let mine grow when i was in college due to general lazyness but now i shave (mainly due to the fact i use a wet shave when previously was on electric)

Reason I have a beard is that it grows so damn fast it's pointless shaving. It only takes a matter of 6 hours and it's already causing pain as the hair pushes back out the skin.

So, why should I not just let it grow? I'd rather have a beard than my face look like a spotty babies arse every bleedin day.

People who say beards are a "massive" no are usually women that want unrealistic baby "blokes", or namby pamby poncey boys who like the shave their chest at the same time as scraping their fluff off the chin.

Don't like full on beards but I never go clean shaven, it just feels wrong.

I always have between 2-8mm of stubble because I look daft clean shaven.

You mean you look young - because you are! What stubble does is make you look scruffy, scruffy face is fine with scruffy clothes (as most young people wear).

Put a shirt and tie on though - better with stubble or without? Clearly without, you can't look smart with stubble.

Gears of War 2 found !

*ahem*... carry on, eheheh. :p

You need a certain look to pull off having a beard and looking good at the same time. I would say the vast majority of people with beards just don't suit them. Same with stubbles. It only makes you look like you have pubes on your chin. Shaving a lot helps immensely with skin condition anyway, if you have a stubble you probably have acne, and I bet if you started shaving more often, maybe every day, your acne will go away.

We must have differing opinions on what 'smart' is then. You can look smart and have a full on beard, it just depends what you do with it.

I don't think anyone is debating that fact, yes, people with beards can dress up in a suit and not look out of place, if you are over 45 or are younger and just have the look to pull it off.

As Said above though, dressing in a suit & tie, with any form of "stubble" not a smoothly shaved face, or a well groomed beard (if of right age or looks) will NEVER look tidy/presentable.

Well i am 42 & in my experience women are irritated between the thighs by beards & anything that gets in the way of that activity is a No No to Any woman i have had the pleasure of.
Nuff said me thinks.

For some reason I always pictured you with a beard! Dunno why! :p

Beards are cool. Shaving is for woofters.

In all seriousness, I've been bearded in some way shape or form for about 4 or 5 years, I'd feel very strange without it. I last had a wet shave on NYE 2006 for a fancy dress, never again!

Ha ha ha.... that was hilarious! And wrong... YOU looked wrong!

Can't stand beards myself...sandpaper faces are NOT good. The only man with facial hair who is hot is Rich L.

Sorry Lopez... but you know its the hair that does it for me...

;)

beards rule ! my full beard makes me look 40, so it suits my old man personality :p

Also dont have to shave all it needs is a slight tidy every 2weeks. only those who can't grow a decent beard claim it looks like pubes.

I can't believe Scuzi is only 22, he always comes across like a 50 y/o fascist cab driver! open your mind a bit, mmmmkeh?

I don't like beards therefore I must be a fascist.Yes, of course. I choose not be be a sissy liberal choadbag and I'm not changing my mind to suit anyone.

If my opinions offend you, bucko then tough titty. A little reminder though, they're not always entirely serious.

LOL. Total opposite to me, if I stick a razor anywhere near my face i'll come out in all sorts of spots/boils/rashes.

Shaving is the single most evil thing a man can be asked to do. I'd rather sit and poke a lit match up my japs eye than shave everyday.
