beginner needing 5770 help

Well just bought another, this time the sapphire 5770, redone benchmark and never hit above 64degress with fan at 47%. So all is looking well. Conclusion is HIS cards appear to not have been built well.
 
My His card runs hotish but never been a problem 42 @ windows start

49 after gaming max load 75
