I don't know how true it is, but I read that he was stabbed and shot with an air pistol first. So he was either already dead or dying when he was decapitated. I hope it was the former.

The problem with this is that Islam has progressed backwards from where it once was, I don't buy the "younger" religion line of thinking, especially when the Muslim world was once a bastion of science, mathematics and progression.

There are younger religions which promote equality and tolerance. So the young religion is a BS argument.

They seem to be regressing religiously and morally. Like I said before I don't see reform ever happening. It's 2020 why is there no islamic council condemning these activities and atrocities. If anything it's promoted within the Muslim world.

There were a few things I mentioned, it's interesting only the age factor was picked up. What difference does it make if it's 2020? Can't rule age out when it suits the agenda then refer to the year. Also interesting that the verses I used were ignored.

Also, the fact that the Muslim world was once "a bastion of science, mathematics and progression" should indicate that at one time Muslims weren't considered to backward and all the rest. Something obviously happened correct? Or did later Muslims suddenly start reading the Quran properly?

Anyway, people prefer to push their agendas forward on both sides and ignore everything in the middle, so I'm out.

Not sure it was actually the Muslim world back then. If you are talking about ancient Egypt, Babylon, etc, the old "middle east" it was built way before Islam. They probably stamped it all out since it hasn't progressed since. Ancient Egyptians were apparently Mediterranean in origin so have pretty much been entirely replaced.
