You can't seriously suggest Vettel gets a penalty for that. He just got caught out in the rain/damp. Jenson was going to end up 4th or 5th. Vettel is a **** and yet again makes a rookie error but it's not penalty worthy.

It's called changeable conditions and his car settings and downforce levels are not exactly the same as those around him.
