Benitez sacked!

The Wiki entry for Manuel Pellegrini is erm ............. unusual

You do know that anyone can edit Wiki pages?

I once wrote that Steven Gerrard was a kiddy fiddler and once shagged Jamie Carragher :/

Drunken moment :/

Dalglish won the league three times, runners up in the league twice and FA cup twice. Granted, the double winning side he inherited but he was still the manager. They were banned from Europe so couldn't compete there but they would have walked that as well. The team that contained Barnes, Beardsley and Aldridge were an absolute joy to watch.

That said, I wouldn't have him anywhere near Liverpool as a manager. He is a legend and best kept that way.

Give me Steve McLaren this minute!

Exactly my point, he needs to stay in the background and guide the new manager, he will fall on his arse badly if he agrees as it stands.

Pellegrini would be a fantastic coup. Madrid proved just how big a collection of tards they are by showing absolutely no respect to a manager who got them their highest-ever points total in the league. Not his fault if Barcelona had the more cohesive, disciplined, united team.
