Best 240mm AIO cooler in the £60-80 range?

hmm, I’m 99% sure that for that AIO it is quite high.

when I got my DeepCool AIO, I replaced the paste from the get go, rather than use the standard stuff..

but that wouldn’t make a difference of like 30c or so that your seeing..

I would go with the Artic Freezer II, has a built in fan that helps cool the VRM and a thicker radiator.

I have bought 2, 1 in my PC and 1 in my son's and would highly recommend them and it should also come with MX4/5 thermal paste.

Yep the AF2 is a super cooler if you have room for the thicker rad.
