I was considering them as well but went with rs for the longer guarantee plus they will price match up to 14 days after purchase apparently.
I did, they did, really happy, 55" CS for £789 ! Decided to add a beam gen 2 to celebrate

I went to RS today, but they didn’t have the CS on display. Salesman just steered me towards the Samsung S95B which is of poor quality I believe
When I created this thread I was convinced 50" was the largest I could go to, instead went for 55" and really wished now I'd gone even larger. Even wife comments that the 55" doesn't look out of place.
Give Richer Sounds a ring, they night price match.

Managed to get RS to price beat Costco for an LG 55C2 which Costco have reduced £100 plus an additional £100 for members, this weekend only.
Looking to replace my LG B6 & I've narrowed my choice down to between the C2 & CS. Is the C2 worth the extra £250 that Richer Sounds have them listed at after discounts with VIP etc

C2 has the new Evo panel and 9nth gen processor, the CS is the exact same innards but with the non Evo panel from the C1 from last year. I think it's basically not quite as bright ( no issue for me as the room isn't that well lit). CS is basically the C1 screen but with all the C2 electronics.

I can only get it down to £849 with the code on their website.
Richer Sounds offered him a better price than the best box price I believe, but you'd need to ring them.
Theres another code, TG180 valid until midnight Sunday I think, takes £180 off the box price, Richer sounds just beat that by a tenner. I just phoned Richer sounds, told them the code, they beat the price.
