I'm not a great adventure fan, in fact apart from brief bashes of Day Of The Tentacle, Maniac Mansion, and Zak Macracken I just don't enjoy them very much. The graphics usually just spoil the stories for me.
BUT I'm always up for a game from Infocom. No other adventure games, and I mean absolutely none of them beat the Infocom adventures, each and every one of them is a gem. And my absolute favourite of these: Suspended. For me the best adventure game ever!
The original game came with a map and a bunch of six counters representing those insanely single-minded robots, so that you could keep track of exactly where they were. Closest I've come to experiencing a real-life book story (if that makes sense).
Does anyone else remember Infocom?
