I had this game on the CD23 I loved where you where in a 3D world controling these robots and you could go around asking people questions, adventuring and you could upgrade your robots I think you had four robots you could brake in peoples homes and steal stuff too and all sorts but I can't remeber what it was called

Liberation :)

I played Hired Guns a hell of a lot, was fantastic with 2 people playing. Twintris was also awesome, the music was brilliant. IK+ was a laugh.

Others already mentioned, F1, Another World and Flashback, Monkey Island, Speedball 2, Chaos Engine, Sensi, Dungeon Master, Superfrog, etc.

I played on my A1200 a few weeks ago and it is still great. Can't really choose a favourite game but some of the best ones that come to mind were:
Sydicate, Flashback, Kick Off 2, Sensible Soccer, Megalomania, Canon Fodder, Knights of the Sky, Speedball 2, Another World, Moonstone, Armour Geddon, Monkey Island 1+2, Birds of Prey, Gunship 2000 and Hunter.

Not as much as i missed my A1200 with a HUGE 80 meg hard drive that cost me a months wages, when it got nicked when some robbin ARGH broke in and stole everythign i owned.

I never got to see how that Imagine rendered movie came out and it had been calcing for something like 36 hours.

Prem manager 2
Gunship 2000
UFO
Most other micropose games
Supercars 1/2

Why has no-one said CAPTIVE???

I adored Dungeon Master though this ate all my Amiga time

Liberation was mentioned earlier and thats Captive 2 :)

As much as i liked Dungeon Master, i thought the Eye of the Beholder series was better. They should have been though as they came along later and pretty much replicated how DM worked.

Harlequin and Magic Pockets were other classics.

Still got A500 and A1200 with 80mb hd and 4mb 25mhz 020 upgrade working in my dad's loft.

Best game? God that's a tricky one. So many to mention:

Obviously Speedball 2 but also:
Sensible Soccer (v1.1 was best)
Civilization
Colonization
XCom: Enemy Unknown
Secret of Monkey Island
Syndicate
Legend (sold in US as 4 Crystals of Trazere)
Cannon Fodder
Exile
Pinball Dreams (nightmare, what a table with amazing music!)
Turrican 2 - best computer game music ever

loads more which i'm sure i'll remember in a mo
