Best breakfast cereal?

I'm after some suggestions on what the best breakfast cereal is.

For the past how many years, I've always had corn flakes as the choice of cereal, but 2-3 hours after I'll often feel starving hungry and get a lot of low blood sugar symptoms. (My blood levels are actually fine though, I had a fasting blood test done which was normal)

I find myself in a rush in the morning so probably wouldn't have time to make porridge. What breakfast cereal is the best choice for slow release energy?

Would Fruit n Fiber be a good option? Bran flakes?

Cheers

Wheetabix do a slow release energy version which is whAt I eat (I read somewhere that it didn't actually work though). I load it up with bananas etc but I too am always hungry by the time I start work. I think just regularly eating small things helps, rather than just 3 set meals.

Make porridge the night before an reheat it?

Pretty much all processed cereals are going to be **** in the sense that you will feel hungry within a short period of time.

Muesli is a good option as it's quicker and tastier than porridge.
