Best breakfast cereal?

Not cereal I know but I have had similar issues with my breakfast, i.e. eating cereal or just toast then crashing quite badly about 10:30/11:00 feeling shaky and stuff.

I find eating a "proper" breakfast helps much, I'm talking 1 peace of wholemeal toast with scrambled eggs or plum tomatoes or even bacon or a couple of chippolatas if I have more time.

You are talking 2 minutes to make scrambled egg on toast in the morning. I have found my energy levels are much more consistent throughout the day after doing this.

If I get hungry between breaky and lunch then I will grab a piece of fruit or bag of crisps or something.
