Having a little debate down the pub last night.

Basically, what is the best breakfast to you, I reckon it's cold chinese, it has magical healing powers, sets you up for the day (probably all the msg).
But other people say it's like full english or cold pizza.

Anyone care to weigh in?

Fry up and a mixture of English, Irish and ulster. Well not so much a mixture, but everything those three put together give you.

A Pasty ;)

But tbh, cant go wrong with a full english, or reheated pizza hut ;)

Smashed? :D

I have buttered toast with jam, mug-o-tea, whatever else to supplement that and combine that with an omelette.

If I'm really hungry a bowl of cereal to top it off too.

English Breakfast > *

but anything you "took away" from a shop the night before then reheated and eaten between two slices of thick white bread isn't too bad ;)

Smoked salmon and cream cheese of toast with a light drizzle of lemon, salt and pepper.

Gone off fry-ups myself but I'm more in to fitness and tone these days, a greasey plate just makes me feel stuffed, lethargic and uncomfortable.

Depends on the circumstances........

Cold morning - Porridge with golden syrup in it! :D

After a night out - McDonalds double sausage & egg mcmuffin (ideally one that has been sitting it its own fat for about half an hour)

Normal work day - Nothing (In the argument between sleep and breakfast, sleep has won every single morning for my 35 years!)

:p

Great thread btw!!!! :D

Cup of tea to get the juices flowing, then a bowl of muesli with lots of dried fruit in.
Technically that is breakfast, but I usually follow it up a bit later with toast or fruit, or big fryup occasionally
