Best breakfast?

To be honest I generally only have smoked salmon at the weekend, week days before work I have 2x Oatabix, 2x Weetabix and a chopped banana with skimmed milk.

Manly.

Breakfast is vital! Lots of protein, complex carbs, some essential fats. And lots of flavour!

Furthermore if I don't eat in the morning I'm close to murdering someone!

Theres a place in Keswick...Simply Good Taste...where I had poached eggs, haggis and black pudding on toast. That was pretty much perfect.

That or scrambled eggs and salmon.

Behave. FF.

failing that ill take some fresh orange and a full english

cold, itll have to be fresh fruit and yoghert

most of the time i have cereal and semi skimmed milk though

I eat muesli and wholewheat toast every day. It fills with with the complex carbs I need for the Gym later. At weekends I might have boiled eggs if i can get away without cooking for the whole mob and once a month I treat myself and the family to a big fry up in a Chelmsford Café :)

Best breakfast I've ever had was when I was in New York. I had a cooked american breakfast, with orange juice, coffee as well as an american bagel with a nice cream cheese spread. Probably super unhealthy but absolutely delicious. :D

I feel really weak and faint if i don't eat after a couple of hours from waking up. In fact it applies if i just haven't eaten for a few hours full stop (i'm one of them human dustbin types). Lately i have a thing for 2 pain au chocolat in the morning.
