
Porridge.
Poached Eggs.
Fruit smoothy.
Cup of tea/coffee.
If I had time I'd have this every day.
So I just stick to biiiig smoothies (750ml) - lots of oats, 2 types of berries, banana, apple, yoghurt, milk, cinnamon.
Other times just scambled eggs using about 5-6 eggs.

I've always wondered, how much do you spend a week on food? Must be quite a lot![]()
I seldom drink, and don't play computer games etc.. so I spend my money on good food.
