can't say i've tried it i just pick up any old stilton (normally cheapest being a student). however on your recommendation i shall keep my eye out for this one.

So many I love. Blue Stilton, White Stilton, Cheddar, Goats Cheese, Cheshire, Wensleydale, Brie, Port Salud, Camembert, Gruyère, Jarlsberg, Monterray Jack, Cambazola, Lancashire, Parmesan, Roquefort, and loads more.

But my favourite is Dolce Late.

I only really like mild creamy ones like Brie and Camembert, although I do quite like Orkney Cheddar melted on toast.

Don't know what it's called though but it's in Black wrapping, Maybe Miners Bell end or summit.

Depends entirely what it's with and when it's being eaten. I like pretty much every cheese to be honest.

Stilton with crackers and port is at the top of the list though.

Sampled a 2 year old Montgomery Cheddar from Neals Yard Dairy last night ... simply beautiful!

I eat my Cheese with Home made Pickled Onions that I get off this Old boy who has a Secret recipe, I've told him if he don't give me the recipe before he dies then I will dig him up & put him down town on a bench.
