I still remember the StarCraft and Diablo intros as being a bit special when they first came out but they look a little bit dated now. Also the Red Alert intro sticks in my Mind!

I wonder why Half-Life hasn't been mentioned... though it isn't a typical video intro, it's still a great introduction.

Going by videos, Syndicate Wars was a great intro, the Deus Ex intro was good too.
