Best small midi tower?

Yeah I like that.

I suppose cases are all much the same now really, only real difference is the fans, build quality and noise dampening (if any)?

Thinking of getting that case I have read some reviews they say the steel feels bit budget but the case is good overall. My favorite MATX is the meshify C mini another option is the silverstone RL06 its offers great value and cooling for the price but im not keen on looks.

I like the meshify case a lot!

Really want to get something that is a good bit smaller than my current antec case and would still be able to fit in my pulse vega 56.

Going to hold of on a case for now as I first need to lower the amount of hard drives I have, currently I've got:

2 x SSDs
3 x 3.5" mech drives

So this makes it a bit of a nightmare for wiring etc. Going to get a 2TB m.2 drive, when they drop in price more, which will mean that I could drop at least 2 hard drives and maybe get a a larger 8/10TB mech drive so that I could drop the rest.

Would prefer a case smaller on the whole compared to my current Antec P100
i don't think you can call any of the cases (with the exception of the coolermaster q500L) a small midi case lol.
some of them are larger than your current p100 :P

if you want a premium small ATX case, have a look at the jonsbo umx4: http://www.jonsbo.eu/en/atx/umx4/149/umx4-black-window-rgb?c=49
though granted you'd have to trim down your 3.5" drives as it can only hold 2.

As long as it is a bit smaller on the whole, I'll be happy :p

I was also looking at that coolermaster case too, really like the look of it but iirc, thermals aren't great?

Not heard of that jonsbo case but will look at some reviews as also like the look of it.

Very nice!! I wouldn't mind one of those cases myself. Hmm, Throwing a spanner in the works for me again tamzzy.

Do you use an air cooler or an AIO? I think the Lian-Li O11 struggles with air cooler clearances which what put me off. I'm in the same boat as you though, trying to decide on a case for my new build too!

If you wanted something more Meshify C size but from Phanteks then there's the P300A as well - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-eclipse-p300-air-midi-tower-case-black-window-ca-09y-pt.html
But from what I've read using those front HDD cages really constricts cable management in the shroud as you've got power and sata coming out the hard drives then your PSU cables coming from the other side. Seems to be the only criticism on it.

The S2 and Enthoo are pretty big though. But I like the physical size of the Meshify C, although I think in terms of value I might be going for the P600S in black or grey, it reminds me of a stars wars stormtrooper haha!

Have you had a look at the bequiet Pure Base 500? - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/be-q...ower-case-black-tempered-glass-ca-13s-bq.html
That was another strong contender for me, one of the guys in the project log area just finished a pretty cool custom cooling build in it. And it does seem to get a lot of praise on youtube.

Hope that helps! Let me know what you go for!
